I use Trading View. Or Dentritics for calculating carat to weight ratio.

I look at ABC Bullion and just take 30 cents off the listed silver spot and a few $$ off the gold spot. I like to check premiums at the same time, so it's fine to get a rough spot price from the website and monitor premiums and inventory in one place.

if I want exact spot, I have a trading account using metaTrader 4. Gives the exact spot in realtime and offers simple chart analysis.
