The Victorian Northern Suburbs Silver Stackers meeting is on again at a new Venue in Epping !

Come for a short time or a long time as long as you don't miss out!
The meeting encourages new members so come
on down to a great place and get to know your stacker community.
Family friendly,bring your kids,partner or fly solo, all are welcome.
A great place to mingle with like minded people and traders
Wether your coming to sell,trade or buy just be there to not miss out on bargains!
Of course we will be holding an auction as usual and everyone is invited to bring items that they can submit into the auction free of charge.
This new venue has plenty of parking is a buzz in entry event and security conscious.
A BBQ is provided for snacks as well as a licensed bar which i am told also caters to the Expresso lovers.

Meeting format
*Informal meet, greet & mingle where people can introduce themselves and be welcomed.
*Dealers with businesses will be there to show case & sell products.
*Private sellers with stock to sell will be present
*Trading, buying & selling in an informal setting occurs between people so just bring any stock that you want to sell or money to buy
*A formal auction will be held so attendees can submit products for auction.A limit of 5 items per person applies.
Auction Format.Divided into two part with a One hour break in between the first Auction and second.
*All personal items put forward for auction must be put in zip lock bags and marked with black Texta with the name of the owner,Weight & purity of the item + starting price.(Zip lock bags and Texta's provided on the day for the owner to complete)
Keeping start prices realistic facilitates a sale.Spot can be a great place to start for many items as you are more likely to encourage furious bidding.
(Once the item has been auctioned it is the responsibility of the owner to come up grab the item and bring it to the buyer for the monetary exchange.)
