I think it's unlikely in USD but very possible in AUD. Years ago, Scott Minerd (RIP) said his conviction trade was silver, with a high probability of the price going parabolic. @ 12:50 in this video:

Scott passed away soon after his calls for silver and calling the markets a Ponzi scheme. Nothing to see here.

With MSM focusing their reporting on
WALL ST/Stocks/Bonds/The FED there is hardly any reporting

on Gold hitting ATH's & basically nothing on Silver. I don't think it's deliberate or controlled. It's just the Normal MSM Stupidity/Ignorance.
While all eyes are elsewhere ( WALL ST/Stocks/Bonds/The FED ) the
BIGGEST Players in commodities are making their moves in the background. If u pick thru the Alt Media reporting u can see that some VERY large plays are being made in SILVER !
Silver has had 7 years of
Structural Supply Deficit
( a lot say 5 yrs, but the 1'st 2 yrs was covered by withdrawals from Silver ETF's ) big commodity players are moving to ensure their supply ( especially while the price is cheap ) With
Industrial & Military demand only increasing ( & expected to do so for yrs ahead ) the pressure on the supply side will eventually lead to price increasing. How high ? That remains to unfold.
An untold story is about the amount of Silver that is used in
Modern Military Equipment/Armaments. I can't pin down & exact year, but quite a while back the Militaries demand for Silver was folded into " Industrial " to disguise the actual Military demand for Silver. I have seen reporting that each Tomahawk Missile uses from 5kg to some reporting 15kg of Silver.
With other Missiles & even "Smart Artillery Shells " using Silver, that's a lot of demand. With the amount of Military Equipment/Armaments' being consumed in hostilities in quite a few places, that's a large underpinning of demand. With
Electronics' ( drones counter drone equipment ) use Exploding ( pun intended ) on the modern battlefield, Silver consumption is assured.
This doesn't even account for the true Industrial Demand that's increasing & expected to continue doing so.
