:ROFLMAO: & Trump is in the middle of a " Trade War " with China 😲 Yeah, China that supplies 1/2 of the rare earth minerals/metal that the US ( & all other western countries ) must have for it's advanced technologies & especially for Military's advance weapons systems & technologies that underpin all of there advanced equipment. Eg, Tanks, Aircraft, Ships, Satellites & even specialized equipment used by ground troops.

Did anyone in Trumps Admin give any consideration to the " USGS report released in January " & give Trump a heads up to the position that the US is in with regards to rare earths/minerals/metals ? Resource supply/acquisition & supply chain Logistics are pretty Basic elements to sustaining your economy & especially your Military !

The US & most other western economies will stall & maybe collapse without the Chinese ( & other developing countries ) supplying/processing the majority of the Rare Earth Minerals/Metals. 😞 & these are supposed to be the Advanced/Intelligent Countries ( more like 🤡 show )
 
I think BRICS has the upper hand right now and America is in panic mode. When i say panic mode people react differently to the emotions and yanks don't like to be underdogs because of their ego shit.. WW3 will happen you do understand that don't you? In fact it has already started

Panic mode can inspire, but the US has lost 2 generations of their skills base. That's going to be really hard to overcome.

I think WW3 got a quiet start in 2014 with the Maiden Coup in Ukraine. The Russians quickly grabbed Crimea. Then the UKr forced the Russians hand in the Donbass.

Israel Has since kicked things along in the ME.

Things are warming up.
 
Metal lovers will benefit over the next ten years compared to the Fiat whores. Over the years I have accumulated a mixed bag of the rarer white metals when they were unloved.

I have never researched into Platinum ( mmm, maybe I should ) all I know is that is used heavily as being a Catalyst material in quite a few varied applications.

EDIT: I did see the post on the USA Double Eagle Gold Coin - at $19 million last purchase price & asking for $30 million for it now - I'm guessing would make it a URS - 1 😲 :cool:
 
Swing back to Napoleon's time for a second! The best medals were made from the precious metal aluminium back then rarer than gold. Gold is just static wealth, platinum is dynamic 30 times rarer than gold but consumed very fast in green energy. Hydrogen technology will consume so much of the white metal that gold will look like copper in equal value. Go tech metals this will be where the money is. Silver is a start.

There needs to be a solid market demand case for any metal to be re-priced.

In Napoleon's time they had yet to invent the Bayer Process, so yes, Aluminum was extremely rare. Today the process is refined & Aluminum is cheap.

U need a case for Platinum. It's an Industrial Catalyst, but when it get's to expensive it's often replaced by Palladium. If it get's too expensive it drives innovation to new processes that don't require Platinum.

Fucking " Green Energy " is a scam. Green my Arse. Lithium ( EV Batteries ) is 1 of the dirtiest elements on the planet. It's just hidden in 3'rd world countries until it get's to the 1'st world as " EV Batteries "

Hydrogen is an even bigger SCAM than Green Energy. The energy required to split Hydrogen from Oxygen ( water ) is a loss. Every Energy System is a LOSS. U can't put crude Oil into ur car. It takes refining- that's a loss. It's just a matter of which is the most efficient with the least loss of energy for the amount of energy to turn it into a useful useable form.

Wood is a great energy form. fantastic for heating. Not so good for running a car. Use case is a big issue. EV cars might be great in the city enviro, but crossing a desert, mmm, not so much. Thought to real world application is critical.

There is use & not use in any application. The application determines the best use case efficiency. Not stuck on " Green is Great " everything else is fucking killing the planet 😞
 
Green energy in hydrogen technology is not a scam it will be the future fuel for the world. Platinum will be the most valuable metal that we know of for centuries. I have scattered the finger bones on the ground already for the truth.
