I've been checking and I saw it revert from actual spot to $117 a few times. Dunno why it's glitching. Not good for dealers like BN using kitco spot. Win for stackers if they lock in a lower price.
If this keeps up we might see BN go the way of ABC and make up their spot price to mitigate risk. I wonder if/when BN will be aware of this.
Mine has started updating and reading properly again now.
I did notice while the spot price was stuck glitched, the product prices were still changing. So it was just something with the way the price was displaying, it was still functioning normally and moving the product prices.
Still something that should be fixed.

I was surprised by these price moves as China is still supposedly " offline " celebrating their Lunar New Year & not back " online " until Monday
I think it shows that other forces are at play & that a floor for Gold/Silver may have been established.
If so ( think Critical Minerals ) there should be more upside from here.

I can confirm in 2018 the premium was only $2-3 over spot for coins, or 10-15%.
Kilo bars were about $1.50 over spot, or 7-8%.
The premiums were so small in $$ terms that I wondered how TF dealers made money.
I checked it out. On 6 March 2025 a 1kg ABC bar was $1,755. The spot price on that date was $51.94 per oz ($1,669 per kg). The ABC premium on a 1kg bar was 5.15%.
